Just thought I might chime in on this discussion also I am under 20 and am prescribed Sertaline and Seroquel and I don't think it will affect mush trips ? As it hasn't interfered so far Any thoughts ?

DONT TAKE SEROQUEL, ITS EVIL AS MILEY CIRUS DUDE DONT TOUCH IT. :thumbup
It does more harm then good hey, Ive never seen it help someone, And everyone Ive seen use it ends up getting worse till they stop taking it. Please dont use SEROQUEL guys, cheers.
Everyone is different, It probably is more my frequent use then the coperin inhibiting the trip, But its hard to tell so.
Yeah mental health issues suck hey mate. So far most everyone ive talk to says a balanced lifestyle is the go, I find this as well, But it is always hard in the now hey, when days seem heaps long and that.

I dont exactly have my mental health in check, Im getting there again now though, But I find most things work well just to change your perspective, Thats why Ive found shrooms helpful at different times, Weed is my go to I guess. But like the treatment of any illness, Youve got to know what meds to take and when, And that can be quite tricky especially when you feel like you just want the whole world to burn or like your alone etc.
And most psyc meds I find are only useful for a month or 2 at a time, Then you just start droning out like a zombie, They are usually my last resort, Cause most people usually only see the adverse side effects the first time taking them like apetite lose, Insomnia, Anal leakage, Irregular menstral cycles or testicle pain etc. If your taking meds for mental health, Dont drink hey, Like youve seen it will really mess you up.
But I dont know, Everyone takes drugs for different reasons so its kind of hard to put a finger on it.
Ive been getting back into exercising in the morning and keeping up with my cult stuff, Cleaning the house more, Walking my dog heaps and eating soooo much food its pretty good, I stopped taking coperin cause I lost that high I used to wake up with, You know that feeling Like everything is just so fresh, And you just want to lay around  and cuddle someone, Watch cartoons and eat cereal all day watching the rain flow down the windows and that, Like when you get home after being stuck at the beach in the rain and your freezing then have a hot shower. All those colors kind of faded to grey a bit there for awhile, Weed has that same kind of effect, Its like having an old chipped dirty windscreen on your car, You dont realise how bad it was till you look through a new one.
We all forget how good it feels to have 3 square meals and heaps of water everyday, Haha
Cheers

If you are not mentally stable then stop doing illicit drugs, plain and simple. If you think you're helping your self by doing weed or what ever then you're only allowing your self to succumb to your delusions which then perpetuates the problem.

True in a way, But dude, No one should be doing illicit drugs, Thats why they're illicit and we all like to feel good aswell, We all need to get through the night, I guess this is why drugs and mental illness go hand in hand, I just meant its not good to mix any drug with alcohol in my opinion, I dont like drinking and smoking weed, Or drinking and shrooming, So I wouldnt drink on psyc meds or pain meds, But thats just me.
You are right I guess, But Life is a mental health issue, That most people just choose not to talk about quite frankly.
But most psyc meds still cause anxiety even have attempted suicide followed by successful suicide listed as First and second most likely side effects, So. IDK its hard to say, One thing I have learned is that everyone is different and what might work for one person may not work or be ok for the next.
Drugs are no different.

Check it out yawl,

Yeah man I have to agree there I honestly think I was better off smoking good quality hydros occasionaly than being on this crap that's making me angry, unmotivated and put weight on last year I was put on the psych ward for months on end for no good reason and all the fuckwits wouldn't let me leave and I was witnessing atrocities every day for the whole time while I was just stuck there like hey man when can I go home lol while there where people running through glass panels and jumping off the roof trying to kill themself and being tackled by 3 security guards at once , the mental health system here is that of a third world country , truly atrocious.

That sucks man, Pretty awful you had to go through that, I had a pretty similar experience, Insomnia is one of my worst And found smoking isnt as bad for me as not sleeping, If I quit even for like a year I still cant sleep and stuff isnt heaps better, A good balance is the go.
Yeah We have pretty bad mental health service here, Especially in NSW Its worse there.
I wouldnt recommend smoking hydro either, I always prefer nice dirt grown weed when Given the option, Usually has more flavor too, And a more therapeutic high IMO.
From what Ive seen most of the weed we buy here in the land of Oz is narly arse un-flushed hydro, Usually big-bud, Or skunk, Or a cross of the 2, For its ease of production and shit. The market is really shit to be honest, Even in canberra haha its bullshit. I want buy it like a kid at a candy shop. haha

Quite simply Ill say to you what a counseller told me awhile back.
"They cant give you anything thats gonna do what you expect it to do, And they certainly wont prescribe you anything that gives you quicker relief then weed,
So if you have to smoke now and then...Thats not the worst thing in the world."

Just regulate it and find other vents and means of being happy, Alot of people say to just keep yourself occupied, This can help, But if all we are doing is "keeping ourselves occupied," Then we arent really living either.
Plus, Some of the greatest minds through history were clinically insane, Dont forget that mate.
Have you watched "A beautiful mind" with russell crowe? Its pretty intense, And based on a true story.
Fill your life with posetivety, Have healthy daily vents like exercise, Hobbies haha Weed even at night, Then healthy long term releases like shrooms. And try different New Psyc meds if you feel your really having trouble coping, Thats what I do, But Psyc meds are just as likely to cause a drug induced psycosis as they are to prevent one, so be careful trying any new drugs illicit or not.

Yeah man I would love to have my own dirt grown strains but it just ain't a realistic goal atm funny you say that my counsellor supported me when my family was giving me shit about my pot smoking ? The link between pot and psychosis is not very factually supported . I'll be sure to check that movie out also! Also my hobbies include fruit and veg growing , woodwork , mycology, brewing , entheogen growing and bike riding

Real talk.

Any doctor will tell you that a lack of sleep has far worse adverse effects on the human body than Even abuse of most drugs, Not sleeping is far worse for me then smoking a bit of weed, Ive had to live with it for a few decades now, I think I would know my own body a bit better then you mate...
Yeah ill go back on seroquel like all the docors want everyine to be on... No
Real talk, How is what im saying not real?
Remember the old doctor carl adds he wore a shirt with clocks all over it,
He also says someone suffering sleep deprivation is more likely to crash then a drunk driver...
But hey whatever you reckon.

Yep its easier on the mind for sure, but be warned the duration in and of it self is the biggest test IMO. I cant and haven't seen any people wanting and being ready for it having any problems. I think you will have a great time just be ready for a purge accept it move on and merge with everything until you become nothing.
