I've been going thru my excess hand/power tools etc. for either sale/donation,
I have a literal bag of hammers I've accumulated over the years,
and I'm not even a carpenter.
I mean, how many screwdrivers and pliers does one man need?
I've got a box full. I even found my old fire hydrant wrench.
Ya never know when ya might need to pop open a hydrant for crowd control or something.

If what we're looking at is available when we move, and it should be, exactly one block away and in exactly the same location on the street.  First house on the left off The Post Road.  Slightly more than the length of a football field

And we definitely have too much shit.  Hopefully the kids will take a bunch.  My daughter who got most of my vinyl wants the leather couch which is already in storage.  She's coming down in a few weeks to go through stuff.  I don't know what stepson #1 wants.  We're gonna need a fucking dumpster.

Plenty of thrift stores will take the furniture away at no charge (cause they'll sell it of course). Might be cheaper than renting a dumpster.

I googled it and I got somewhere south of Yonkers in a neighborhood that seem a little too low income for what I suspect your taste would be like. Normal?

Zappa clearly lives in Manhatten he was roomates with Donald Trump in college and thats why he dislikes him. Not to mention trump has built more buildings than Zappa.

Zappa is not manhattan. He's Staten Island or queens. Maybe Brooklyn. More likely Ossing, or Scarsdale. Close to the city, but not too close.
