Reviving dried clone
    #22938006 -

So a while back there was a tragedy and Id lost the slants of my best AA clones.  But I was going through my closet and I found a Quarter pound of one of these guys, specifically this tub pictured above (and one of the tubs in my sig). I know exactly which tub it was because the fruits were so skinny try were only held up by each other  and thry dried really weird looking.

Anyways Im gunna try to revive this clone, I guess Ill just drop a piece in some sterile water and shake it up, repeat in another jar or so, drop it on a plate yea?
Never done this before

Will this clone be less vigorous than the slant?

You don't use a dehydrator?  That's a really nice clone..

It won't revive if it was heated any higher than 90F or so.

 I killed it.

Yea Id read somewhere that when ppl store dried tissue for future revival they use a desiccant to dry it.

Man so its not even worth a shot huh?

Well.... If it gives you hope, then it's worth a shot but... generally speaking...  nah man.   Sorry dude, saw that tub and was like "fuck I don't wanna be the one to break this news..."  Looks better than anything I've ever grown, hands down.

Did you try the wood in the slant? I just recently revived a culture by going for the wood. Everything on agar was dead as hell but I tossed a bit of the wood down and it fuzzed right up.

Yep. Its downstairs in the laundry room which is right next to my myco room. I love it but its pretty jammed with useless stuff. So many cultures that I will probably never get around to, backups, etc. Gonna clean house in April is the plan. Gonna transfer all slants, get my culture work in order.
