Look up the COWS scale, (clinical opiod withdrawl scale).

Most doctors want to do induction at the office. If you're not scoring high enough on the scale (I think the suggested is 24), they don't dose you, maybe if you're in the upper teens they'll tell you to come back in a few hours. That happened to me once.

But trust me, you really, really don't want to be inducted on suboxone while you're not deep into withdrawals.

It sounds like you need to go do a lot of reading about what you're getting yourself into buddy.

I can tough out withdrawals the good old fashioned way, by having seizures. Say that I can't. I don't need to mitigate nothing.

The whole point of this is to obtain opiates cheaply by prescription to get high on whenever im in the mood.

I've withdrawn before, its nothing i can't handle

Yes, tolerance is permanent, as in it never goes away.

If you stay clean for a number of weeks, you might feel a little something off of suboxone. It's a very non-euphoric opiod though, you would just feel a bit noddy. Then, your tolerance will be at say like 80% of what your tolerance was at it's highest the next day, and if you do it 1 or 2 more times before giving yourself another few weeks it will be right back up against the threshold.

Also, suboxone has a very, very long half life, if you use it a couple times a week, you will always have an opiate in your system, and you guessed it, you're not going to feel anything.

Suboxone is not an abusable drug. That's why they give junkies 30 day supplies of them man.

I'm telling you, what you're thinking about doing is a bad idea, it's pointless. I've been on and off the shit several times in the past couple of years.

It's not viable, you're going to just end up taking suboxone every day and not getting anything from it. If you have a long term opiate addiction that is threatening your life, and you've tried to stop several times and failed, maybe you should do that.

But honestly, it sounds like you're a baby at this, and you should try everything you can right now, including going to fucking rehab if you can't stop on your own, to avoid getting on suboxone. You have no idea what you are getting yourself into. It's such a bad idea, I'm putting off going to bed like I need to, so I can rant like this some more and tell you that IT IS NOT THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR YOU TO GET ON SUBOXONE BRO.
