Best burritos

Burritos make up a pretty solid portion of my diet, I eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner and sometimes eat them days in a row.

Usually I just make a simple potato egg n sausage ones for breakfast but lately I have been using sweet potato's too.

Last night I made a crazy concoction, sweet potatoes and purple potatoes, corn, rice, 2-3 kinds of beans, and squash.

I almost went with sausage too but didn't feel like it in the end. It was super tasty, I cooked it all with powdered roasted habenero too :crazy2:

Man I love mexican style food, the habeneros were home grown too.

I make more traditional ones too I just like to cook what I have on hand :shrug:

It was actually super delicious and pretty healthy too so I was very satisfied. Plus I made plenty of leftovers so now I get to heat em up whenever.

ima taco/burrito god.

i know everything there is to know about tacos.

i've traveled the world for good tacos

i have 9 taco cook books

but i never really heard of anyone putting squash and sweet potatoes in a fucking burrito except like vegan chicks.

Like I said I use what I have on hand, I try to experiment with my meals too.

I like more traditional mexican food too but stuff like what I made last night is healthier and taste good too so I prefer it in some ways.

Where I'm from, one of my favorite Mexican food places has a potato burrito. Potato, cheese and sour cream.

The best tacos I ever ate were from a truck in SF and they were based off of marinated mushrooms, not even any meat.  Oh man my mouth is watering just thinking about them.  I was also hungry as hell so that probably made them taste better, but they were still really good.
