Breakfast Ideas

I need some ideas for breakfast.. I'm getting bored of eating quinoa or omlettes for breakfast.

Here's the catch, I can't eat wheat, oats, barley or rye, meaning that I can't eat any cereal or bread, which seriously limits my options.

I'm also pretty poor, so I'm looking for something cheap and easy to make.

Any ideas?

You should make dhosa.

It's pretty easy if you can find the mix in your neighborhood, or are a halfway decent cook.

If you're going for cheap and delicious, I'd say mac and cheese all the way!

Try slow cooking some veggies until they're fairly soft, almost mushy; then, add whatever flavorings you like, if you hate the taste of veggies. :mad:

While those are cooking, thin-slice a potato or two and fry or bake the circles until golden brown.

Serve the veggie mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle some chopped nuts over-top.

That, and a cup of tea or orange juice, and you should be set!
