god damn it's good shit. tostitos gold are the best chips, and either homemade or newman's own garlic lovers salsa.
guacamole 0wnz as well. when i make it i use avacado (duh), garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and a little tabasco. anyone put anything else in it?

Guacamole is da bomb.. 
I make mine with- Avocado
- Garlic
- E.V. Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Salt (..hey this is sounding familiar, no?
)
- Ground Pepper
- Finely sliced Onions
- Chopped Cilantro
- Hot Sauce or sometimes even Fresh Salsa

ah, yeah i imagine it would be really good with cilantro in it. sometimes i throw some salsa in there too, or just chopped tomatos.

What ya'll said plus sour cream. It makes much thinner, but MUCH better for dipping.

Blue chips DO own.
One thing I always like to do just to add more to the chips is, pack them into a bowl and sprinkle handfulls of grated cheese. Stick this into the microwave for like, 40 seconds.
Melted cheese on chips, grab, and dip into your salsa/crazy mix.

anyway yeah, chips and salsa kick ass
a simple homemade is:
4 tameters - hefty ones 3-4 medium yella ongerns <-- thats hillbilly fer onion 12 jalapeno peppers 1 bunch cilantro fresh cracked black pep to taste kosher salt to taste 5-6 cloves minced garlic
4 a chunky salsa I use the food processor 4 a finer texure I just throw that shit in the blender

Hah, nice! My family used to be friends with the owner of that company. They operate out of Southern California and when we went to meet the dude one day for lunch at their shipping facility he sent us home with like 5 HUGE boxes of all types of products, various chips/dips/etc.. it was sweet! Lasted us a good year 
We lost contact with him after about 6 months though, as he was a very busy man and my family was also busy in their own (different) way at the time ('round five years ago if memory serves).
