Totally frozen? MMH hard to say... Maybe you'll have more chance
than if you would have left them at 120 ? C, but I guess that spores
got in a hard situation.
Just try to inoculate something and wait.

I hope you'll find somebody with better tips than mine

they probably will be...spores are pretty resiliant...a buddy of mine dug some out of my shed...they are at least 2 years old and have been to both extremes in temperature several times...he said the firs 2 he used were fine...one colonized a bag in about 2 weeks and the other is pushing a month.

spores are meant to survive a winters frost, so they can germinate in the spring and produce mushies. i think they will be fine, but i could be wrong. id be more concerned about the syringes breaking then the spores dying.

He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest--a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."

they can survive to a certain exctent... if it is frozen solid, i dont know....might as well try!..."but cubes dont really hold there own in the cold, or else they would grown in Minnesota".

i think spores are better suited to survive freezing then mycellium. i think the mycellium being susceptable to dying from freezing is why cubes dont grow in minnesota. im sure cubes would grow fine in the summer.

You should be fine.
It's not the freezing, it's the repeated freeze/thaw that destroys the spores.
