They might have survived. Spores are a lot more forgiving than the mycelium itself. Just try a couple of jars with one of the syringes to check if the spores are still viable. Don't defrost the syringes in a microwave though...

Dont give up. My friend had a B+ spore syringe that got halfway frozen in the fridge. The syringe sussesfully shot a WBS jar.

I had some that arrived in the mail in freezing weather. These syringes were frozen solid for many hours, and they still worked fine.

Don't give up! There are hundreds of thoudands if not millions of spores in a syringe. Some of them are bound to have survived. Imagine those places where cubensis grow naturally. In some places where cubensis occur naturally, the temps drop below freezing during the winter, yet the local cubensis mushrooms still manage to pop up each year--meaning at least some spores survived the winter.

Let your syringe defrost by itself at room temp and give it a try!

Sure, I'd say that most spores can easily deal with freezing conditions. You'd have to worry about the pressure of the freezing pushing some liquid out of the needle, then the thawing could suck it back in.

From what I've read, cold is usually not a problem with spores. Many even survive freezing temperatures. It's heat that you have to worry about.

Two of my syringes were accidently frozen once. They seemed to take a little longer to begin colonising, but it was successful.

Hello! Spores freeze in the winter.  You should be fine if the expanding ice didn't crack the syringe.
