Well, I'm sure this isn't the first person this has happened to, but my fridge got a little too cold, and a core of ice formed in the middle of my syringe. Can the spores withstand being lightly frozen, or is this syringe a goner? Thanks in advance.

i dont know if they'll be hurt or not, but it sucks tryin to look at frozen chunks under a microscope.  it never focuses!! :wink:

the encino man lived, so this should work. insects can be frozen and live. i think spores should be fine.

If the spores can survive freezing in nature and still produce. Then I dont see any problem trying to gro them.

let the syringe warm up at room temp. for a while and it will be fine.
