Do you leave spiders in your house?

The small harmless ones, obviously. Just the common house spiders that never really bite people or cause problems. This isn't a "do you kill them or relocate them" thread. As long as they're not actually in your way, do you bother to get rid of them and their web? Or do you just leave them be?

We have a spider in our bathroom window that I've been noticing for a few days now, and I've just let it be. Not like we mess around with the window, and it's just going to stay in it's web anyways.

they die a quick and painless death if they cross my path in this house. I can leap up from the bed and throw a shoe all the way across a room and kill it without any conscious thought.  Its like a short hardwire PTSD reaction or some shit.

  unless they go into the poison barrier I spray everywhere.  that is a very unpleasant death.  they get all neurological and start rubbing their eyes with their 700 legs and running around like they're on fire.  I admit it makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside to watch them do that.  I really do not like spiders.

Biologists and naturalists believe that there are many more species of spiders still to be identified and named. The 35,000 species they have labelled i dont mind killing a few :smile:

FUCK NO!!! Spiders are what god invented as the golden standard for a pure manifestation for fear. Nothing is supposed to have 8 legs and more then 2 eyes.

I recently saw there was an app that will block spoilers for the new star wars movie from all web browsing. I'm confused as to why they didn't first make an app that would block all pictures of spiders from web browsing.

I used to catch them and take them outside. But, I know this sounds really dumb and superficial, after those spiderbro memes started circulated a while back I kind of grew fond of them and now I'm happy to let them chill where they're at. Unless they're those really fast jumpy hunting spiders that run all around, those still creep me out. I like the web weavers though. I had one chilling directly over my bed for a while and was actually kind of sad when she eventually died and I had to vacuum up her hard work. I'm grateful for the pests they catch in my home.

I relocate recluses but that's about it.  All the orb weavers that frequent my house respect it and stay in between the window and screen, or out side by the light.  The rest of em I just let roam free.  The only time I ever kill a spider is if it drops on me in my own house. Like if I am painting a house and one drops on me outside, I just relocate it because I as in their territory.  I like having them around, they bring me comfort.

I let a spider I found in my bathroom live once. Then one day I was taking a shit and watching this spider do whatever it does when another spider comes under the door. I figured well ok 2 isn't so bad when I shit you not 6 fucking more of those things came in one after another as if to say "Yo whats up we're spider 1's friends".

They all meet a fiery death that night and a lesson was learned.

Spiders are cool. Not a fan of them crawling on me. Especially larger species with fangs. But for instance this  morning a tiny little what im assuming is a house spider, size of o with legs spread out. Just chillin there not bugging anyone so I let him be. Easily could have played god and brought the great flood upon his ass.

Now what I have zero tolerance for is carpet beatles. Fucking hate them. Moved into this place which I'm assuming had already had an infestation. Half of a barros pizza crust fell behind my desk. Apparently one little piece of food turns into a million of these fuckers. It's been all out war. They creepy as fuck and look like fuzzy meal worms. And if there is one thing I learned in biology about "fuzzy" insects is that they aren't so fuzzy... Been winning the war by constant vacuuming and boric acid. Occasionally I'll get all Nam' on their ass and get the torch for my dab rig out. That's if I feel like making an example. I've also decided never carpets again. Never. I had the choice of tile or carpet and I'm fucking retarded apparently.

But yeah I keep the spiders too because I feel like they are on my side. My little special forces. fucking assassins
