they will actually get more work done per shift because when u work say 12 hour shifts people get so worn out and tired.  This way people will come in full of energy and leave full of energy, everyone wins, everyone's happy.  and yah im sure they will just add more shifts, the individual person will work less, buisness will work the same.

sweden doesn't have a big bloated government so maybe they can pull it off, the only reason america is so fucked is because our gov is like 4x too big.  if we didn't have to pay any tax's at all, we'd all be stinking filthy rich

it doesn't make sense that americans continue to work more and more hours, when we also create more and more electronics/machines that make things easier to do, its fucking stupid and clearly shows that our system is broke

From an economic perspective, it seems to be an issue of income distribution. If you look at the Gini index, Sweden scores 0.259 while the US is somewhere around 0.35. His indicates that the distribution of income is more even across the population than in the US.

Everyone can already negotiate with your employer to work 6 hours a day.  Sweeden has just made it illegal to work more than 6 hours for base pay.  The only thing they did basically is eliminate the choice to work as lomg as you like.

Actually, it Sweden contributed to the Lybian war, the Afghan war, Congo, Bosnia.... It does have an army and it's maximum tax is like 59% of your income.
