It's a pill meant to have a calming effect but on Wednesday, Xanax was at the heart of an alleged drug trafficking operation in and around Montreal.

The sons of alleged mafia informant Ian Davidson are among those arrested in what is being described as an underground Xanax highway.

Simon and Christian Davidson, aged 31 and 25 years old, were charged on Wednesday with trafficking 1.5 million pills of the drug.

They are accused of running the Xanax ring in Longueuil, Laval, and other areas in and around Montreal.

Ian Davidson, a Montreal sergeant-detective, committed suicide in January, 2012 after being outed trying to sell a list of police informants to the mafia.
Longueuil police are expected to reveal more details about the drug trafficking ring on Thursday.

i guess his named on the dark web was DrXanax. I would be very cautious ordering anything from Canada involving bars.

Story is I guess they all worked together at one point is what these subreddits have been getting too. I honestly don't know how you think you could get away with this for long given you have to visit a federal building almost daily to drop off packages.

You can see in the picture that this vendor had Green, Yellow, and White bars so idk if that means anything to each vendor but I do know the other vendor Quant or whatever had all 3 kinds as well. Does anyone know if Drxanax had all 3?

Im curious how they got caught.
I feel like if you have enough money and are smart enough you should be able to run the show without even being connected. So when things go down the pawns fall but you are safe. Like how any good mob boss should do it.

They profiled the types of packages they were sending is what most people are saying. They can use this to triangulate where they would drop the packages off. Probably caught them dropping the packages off then found operation.

What?  No you don't.  Don't you ever mail anything without going to the post office?  Also, any town/city has those blue mailboxes set up that you can drop stuff in.

People have been saying it was dr x and his team. All his packs are stuck in transit. Over one million pills crazy. But the XK bust was even crazier still. Poor dude I imagine this is life in prison for the dr... Though with an operation of that size, its only a matter of time.

Why do people get caught constantly then? Those blue mail boxes are picked up and brought to local post offices. Maybe you don't have to walk into the Post every time but you still have to drop off a package at a federal post office box (which could easily be monitored) or go into the post. No way around it. They already profile packages and figure out what source of mailboxes/postal places they are coming from and stake them out.

From what I read most of the time vendors get caught up due to incompetence outside of the Internet.
  The smart ones go to different drop locations in different cities. Changing packaging and stealth consistently. It's just a huge cat and mouse game. What strikes me as stupid is how much everybody talks about products they receive, where it comes from (ie: east coat, Canada, Germany) what vendor supplied it.


One heroin vendor got caught up last month because of the IRS :facepalm:
