Whats the best Peruvian Torch vendor you know of?

HI. I am highly in the market for some peruvian torch and want to know what the best vendor is. I would like some potent stalks that people have experienced with first hand. I love to support our sponsors but if there is somebody you know of that carries some extra potent cactii, I would greatly appreciate the recommendation.

If someone is selling it fried that is considered by law enforcement as preparation and/or manufacture of a drug.
