possibly too much water? When you water them too much it's as if you didn't water them.

Let the soil dry up a bit... you're probably watering them all the time and now allowing for the soil to dry up a bit.

Leave it for a bit and see how it recovers. You don't have to keep the soil moist constantly. If you do then consider that it might be root bound too.

I got some of my salvia in 6in round plastic pots and i water when the soil drys out up to a inch down. Stick your finger down into the soil and is it dry a inch down?

The top of the soil is not a good indication of the plant needing water. This is more edivent for bigger pots.

But if you overwater the roots may die/rot if aways overwatering try some clay pots or place a fan in the growroom this will make the air move around this will make the plants use more water.

I have the same problem except that the drooping is only evident in 2-3 leaves. I have/had an infestation of white flies, could this account for the localised wilting? If I'm not mistaken white flies fed off the sap, which I think would cause this wilting I speak of.

I water my plants thoroughly once a week and mist them 4-5 times a day depending on the temperature so I don't think that I would be overwatering them. Mind you, I am using a coir-based potting mix so whatever moisture is kept in the pot could be accumulating.

I've had white flies on my salvia's at times and i've never had the wilt as a result of the infestation only. So i don't really know. Check to make sure your plants aren't pot bound.

While it propbably isn't the cause of wilting, check the ph of your water. Mine were always looking kinda sad and droopy until I started adjusting it.

They seem to like lower ph (4.5-5) range a lot more than the high.

leach/ flush your pots and raise the humidity.
