Fuck man just tell her it's a drug like the doctor prescribes. And that she could live a happier life with it. Tell her it's a special arthritis supplement. Just weight the pros and cons out with her. The only con, for oldies, I can think of is getting high.

Maybe u can try getting her some brownies and just tell her exactly what it contains and leave it in her desk or something. Tell her it's there for the taking.. Or something along those lines..

There are many dietary strategies to reduce inflammation but if she's not interested in treating it at its source see if a high quality curcumin supplement or something would do better for her. It didn't help much for me, but many genuinely find relief in it and consider it a potent anti-inflammatory with few side effects

Get some as an ointment or lotion. Ive got some and u could make your own with a good extract and some essential oils. You could do an olive oil extract and use that as your base. Be easy and not too complicated.

There are a ton of wild edable/medicinal herbs that might help. My favorite site is Livining afield. Theres an ointment tek in the plantain page that im sure u could subsitute some cannabis.

Even something simple like adding some baking soda to a glass of water in the morning/night to knock the body pH down
