I really want to try that Etheopean thing where they cut chunks out of the cow and eat it raw.
If any country in Africa catches my interest it would be Etheopia, and Morocco if not for the Muslem thing. They are too up tight, obviously. I feel like Muslem food would be good though, Spicy. Maybe just camel tits and dates. Dates are fucking tree candy, defenately great. No blood though

Pan fried in a cast iron skillet makes a pretty decent steak IMO :shrug:

Grill is definitely better though
