Literally all my art was ripped somehow so in frustration of not wantin to look at it anymore and also to get it all out of my possession, I burned it all in my Bon fire today. I had under 10 sheets but all were ruined so I'll start my collection again another day.

So yea I don't have any blotter, or drugs, or chemistry shit at all anymore.

I would be concerned with the possibility that she has some blotter or anything else left which she could use as proof to her claims. Based on what you've said about her, I think it's extremely likely she will tell them everything she knows for the chance of getting her charges reduced. They could easily see her as a street junkie, but yourself a high profile drug dealer. Not sure how it is up there, but here that could mean being watched for a long, long, time.


Being forgiving or paranoid isn't exactly defending or siding with the thief :tongue2:

Even if she had any left, my stash is gutted and I have absolutely no blotter left. They can't prove shit. Unless she has any mdma or anything left that was in a bag, maybe they could pull my finger prints off one of my bags?

They would have to prove they came from him though.. If there's nothing else in his possession, that's going to be kinda hard to prove. It may or may not have his fingerprints on it, but if it does, how can they even prove that it was his? He could've just handled it.

I'm not sure how difficult it would be to prove, but I know she can't just show the cops a bunch of blotter and say it was his and then he be charged and convicted. There's no way it would be that simple.

They won't work that hard. They'll just bust her and be done with it. She's not credible enough to be worth anymore than that, and she's dumb, and they have all the evidence against her already. If they wanted to charge somebody with distribution or anything like that, they'd do it to her.

Not saying it's likely you would be arrested right away, but if you have any plans to buy/use in the foreseeable and they are watching.. I'd be concerned with how much she knew; etizolam, cocaine, and opiods aren't the best for judgement :lol: Social buzz too.

Regardless of your decision Zombie, based on what you've I would expect her to talk to the police about you when she gets caught (and it sounds like it won't be long). Because of this I would keep a clean house.


And again I'm not sure how it is up there, but innocent until proven guilty isn't always the case here. Not to mention conspiracy charges. One shred of evidence could mean a very big headache.

Wow.
I'm usually one for forgiveness in this circumstance, but she needs to be shown that she cannot commit such acts without some consequence.

Also it'll be helping her kid out, which should be reason enough.

I just don't see how you would prove the b&e and theft. Unless she was like using your checks from your apartment. Fraud seems like a sure thing though.

Well yea my checks were in the desk my safe was sittin on. So she rooted through that and stole my checks. Pretty obviously had to be in my room to steal my checks. Ergo break and enter.
