i'm just guessing, i'd figure that'd be a few months of jail time maybe? She's got it coming to her anyways. i find it hilarious that her own dad wants her locked up though

Wouldn't have expected him to be onside over the lost drugs but that's cool. Unless her car is in his name though I don't see how he could transfer the ownership to you.
Sell it as scrap, piece by piece. That'll show the bitch.

How about..
Letting it slide?
Instead of getting her in as deep a legal trouble as she can possibly be, with your greedy eyes on her possessions..
Just letting it be bygones?
You OD'd and lost several toe tips. She stole your stash and it so happens to include all the dangerous drugs, leaving a bunch of relatively safe psychedelics.
Let it be.
Let another be her executioner.
Just let go.

That is just about the best outcome ever. I can't believe he's willing to give you her car. He must be reaaaallllly pissed at his daughter. REALLY pissed.

He is pissed at her. She's been a junky forever and won't do anything for her dad. Her kid is in foster care and her dad is trying to get custody which he can't have unless she's in jail or rehab apparently. So he wants me to charge her cuz it helps him get custody.

I remember your mentioning using opiods with her, and she knows any very sensitive infomation about you I would strongly suggest against getting the police involved. Washing (could be considered processing) or extracting, stuff like that; Not sure if you make your own BHO, but I thought manufacturing charges for it are pretty serious in CA too.

I saw someone sentenced to 6 months in jail as well as 2 years supervised release for the same crimes you mentioned but I am in the US in a very republican state. Also if her family wants her charged and she stole from you im sure she wont bond out and more then likely cant afford an attorney.

I wouldn't worry too much about her snitching. She's probably got to many problems to mention anything like that, and she's won't be credible in the eyes of the police.

I would be worried about what you might have to admit to possessing in order to get her charged. You still have other drugs. If you tell the police "this chick stole a bunch of my drugs" they might end up searching your place and finding your other drugs.
If it was me, I'd tell the police about the money she stole, and only the money. That's more because I don't believe in people being charged for drug crimes though.
There's a bonus to just telling them about the money too: if she says "he had drugs in there, too!" that's an admission that she did in fact break in, and was in your safe.

Worst I did was extract DMT.. But she never saw that.
ALL my chemistry shit was thrown out or given away in my recent move back to my dads house. I have no drugs left in my stash id lament to flush, so I can easily clean house so to speak and let the cops search my shit worst case scenario.
I do have a recent OD on my medical files though. And I'm still under daily home health care, so it's pretty obvious.

This is a nice sentiment, but there's a difference between forgiving someone and letting them walk all over you. She isn't sorry. She doesn't regret what she's done. She hasn't learned anything from it. She hasn't told him that she's sorry, or really meant it, or anything of the sort.
She just broke into his house and stole a bunch of his drugs, and if he doesn't press charges then she did that without any repercussions. From her perspective, what she did was a-okay.
Now, if she went to him and genuinely apologized (not just fake apologized), and maybe offered to buy him some new drugs, and so on, then maybe he could forgive.
Forgiving when there's no apology and no remorse is a lot like letting them walk all over you. There are situations where this isn't the case, where forgiveness without remorse is warranted, but I don't think this is one of them.

Now my entire lysergic stash is GONE. All of it. Half my MXE is gone. Luckily half was in the mail still.
The only things she didn't take were my dozens of ecstasy rolls, my 2C's and my DMT!
Your stash, or former stash I should say, sure makes me miss my college days. Man it was so much easier to find goodies back then.

Forgive the break in maybe, but she stole your checks and tried to continue stealing from you.
Fuck that, this is karma. If she just walks out as if nothing ever happened it will just build her indestructible junkie ego.
Put her away so her kid can live with grandpa, no one deserves to be in foster care because their mom can't stop smoking crack.

Zombi needed to be rid of his enormous stash which he lost toes to and he wanted to get mostly clean anyway, she needed $$ for her addiction, things solved themselves.
And yes you can forgive someone without them having expressed that they are sorry. They havent spoken since.
Zombi can break the cycle of violence by stopping it with him.

Agreed. She's still fucking up other people's lives too. Letting her be free is going to hurt other people. Remember she did something with those dangerous drugs she didn't understand, and somebody may easily have gotten hurt by that. This isn't one of those hippy scenarios where it's all about love. She should be stopped, and legal force is required at this point. Her dad probably loves her, and this is what he wants. Sending her ass to jail might be as close as it gets to love at this point.

If you have her changed, just make sure to flush the rest of your drugs because you know she will be mentioning where they are.
