Hopefully that's what everyone on there has in mind.
It's funny to come across people you vaguely knew a long time ago.

Eh. I still haven't had any luck with tinder so far.

I met up with one girl, she didn't look too great, but not too ugly. Straight 5/10. I was really craving sex so I was like, fuck it. Met up with her, and she was fat. I can't really fuck fat chicks. I'm a fairly small guy, and it just seems wrong. Anyway, she was fucking gross. I soon noped my way the fuck out of there.

Then recently I was talking to this girl, cute as hell. We started talking a LOT and I could tell she was really diggin' me. So I planned to meet up and have some drinks. Here was my mistake. after we planned to meet up for drinks, I asked her to add me on Facebook. This is when I saw that she had put on quite a lot of weight in the last year. Seriously, a year ago she was really fucking cute, but now… errr not so much. I have never seen 20kg turn someone so ugly!
At first, I kept talking to her because I was still unsure if I should go through with it or not. Then over the next few days texts dropped right off to nothing. She then messaged me on the day and asked if I still wanted to meet up, and I just didn't reply. Asshole move on my behalf I know, but what was I supposed to say, "you are quite a bit fatter than the photos you put on tinder"?

I find that I used to have better luck on actual dating sites like Oasis Active. It's too easy for people to get on tinder even if they have no intention of meeting up with people, and they just use it to flip through peoples profiles when they are bored. I think on dating sites more of the girls are actually wanting to meet up with people.

Plus, the town I live in at the moment has a population of around 24,000. If you want to find a single mum, Tinder in this town is exactly where to find them. It was a lot better living in a big city.

Until the 20th century, reality was everything humans could touch, smell, see,
and hear.
Since the initial publication of the charged electromagnetic spectrum, humans
learned that what they can touch, smell, see, and hear... is less than one
millionth of reality.

It's a dating app, you just pick people based on their looks, and if they have picked you as well you can chat with them.

So I downloaded a virtual android machine to try this out
But it fucking sucks.
First of all, choosing people on their looks alone is weird, and I feel bad sometimes for girls I don't chose.
Secondly, I get a shitload of matches, but as soon as I start talking to these women they all block me or something.
What the hell?

So, Tinder. It's good for a laugh, but if you want to meet nice people for dating purposes, you're better off just talking to random people in the street.

4/10, would not download again.

tinder isn't really a dating app. its more of a hookup app to find people who want to bang

some people just swipe yes to everything and then just filter out what they dont want on matches. or if you message them something they don't like or w/e they'll just unmatch

tinder is awkward though dude. like i've met up with a chick before off tinder and it was sooo awkward. id honestly just rather have a wank and be done with it in 10 minutes, rather then go through all the crap that comes with it

Some of the replies in here!

Eh, maybe probably it's just me.
But still, you think living in a rural area, there would be sooo many people looking for a hookup. In real life it's a lot easier to find someone, and that goes against every idea I had about internet dating.

Maybe I'm not as handsome as mama told me

Tinder is a city thing I think anyways. I sometimes activate it in rural areas when I´m traveling and it´s terrible. Only fat and ugly chicks and I get no matches.
