psilocybe azurescens astoria ossip. 2nd attempt after many years.

I tried to do this a very long time ago (more than 5 years) and I mostly grew mold. I had a few mason jars that almost took over the whole cake but then got lipstick mold. I was doing this in a mobile home my family kept in a barn that was strictly for storage of some extra furniture. It was winter time and I was growing them in a cabinet with a little heater.
Now I'm much older, wiser, and I have a bit of personal space. I still have my old spore print but I understand after this much time my chances are very slim it will be viable. still I plan to start a few tests on agar and if it doesnt work I wouldnt have lost much and I'll just buy a syringe from sporeworks (maybe the easier cubensis b+).
Materials on hand / already ordered:
100 pack 3ml plastic pipette droppers plastic 90 position 12mm hole test tube rack stand (too bad i didnt get a pressure cookable metal one) 40 count 12 x 75mm Borosilicate Glass Culter test tubes with caps 20x disposable plastic 5ml syringe (no needle) 10 petri dishs + 20 grams malt extract agar powder 12x extremely large grow bags with cloth filter patch small bag of hickory chips (label says 160 cubic inches 3 pound bag of grass seeds. 92% barverdi annual ryegrass 5% alto perennial ryegrass 10fl oz spray bottle of 70% isopropyl (mainly bought it for the cheap spray bottle. may refill with 91%) 16oz corn starch spent coffee grounds (frozen) 1x spore print psilocybe azurescens astoria ossip 1 minifridge temperature and humidity sensors, relays, microcontrolers to regulate the minifridge temp and humidity (and the knowledge of how to program that up) cheap 10x binocular microscope 1 gallon bleach 1 clear pastic bin 1 pair reusable rubber gloves box of nitrile gloves sterile scalpel
Materials planning to pick up: tarps to lay down to improve clean-ability of area aquarium pump + 2 micron syringe filter and stainless steel air stone something similar to this http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/aeration-system for airflow / positive pressure. will also be controlled by microcontroller. pressure cooker alcohol lamp New mason jars Vermiculite (I think I have some in storage) filter patches? (brown rice flour. People still use that right?) (lighting for the minifridge. maybe?)
First up while awaiting supplies I want to build something similar to this

Then while agar is incubating I want to work on the minifridge like this guys

mine is not a wine fridge unfortunately. if I'm going through the bother of hepa positive pressure, humidity control, and custom temp control I might as well throw a web cam in there ... maybe.
to control the humidity I'm going to split the incoming air pump into 2 lines. one hanging freely in the air at the top of the minifridge and one that goes through a bottle of sterilized water with a bubbler in it. I know i'm going to be loosing some cold air if I do positive pressure but I dont think it will matter that much. I'll use something like this to control which line the air goes through
This guy is the best inspiration I have right now (abert) http://www.shroomery.org/8702/Psilocybe-azurescens-indoor-cultivation
I'm going to go through all of his posts so I can see what he does. Looks like I'm going to be shooting for 23-25C for inoculation and he fruited at 6-8°C
What i'm looking for is any similar information about indoor growing of astoria ossip. Keeping in mind that I should have full control over temp and humidity after I get past the agar stage.
For instance more exact temps for incubation and fruiting if they are different from each other. Same goes for humidity. if anyone knows of what % relative humidity is best for incubation and for fruiting that would be great!
I'm thinking that I want to start with agar in the test tubes instead of the petri dishes so that I can have many many smaller inoculations to maximize my chances of a few of them taking off. then I'll probably transfer the best ones to petri dishes. Then to mason jars, and finally to the plastic bags with filter patches.
Of course if I don't get past the agar stages a new spore syringe.

good luck
p.s when you build your SAB i would leave off the tyvek sleeves shown in the pic! pain in the ass and imo is just for the pro look rather than functionality- just holes will be better.

I think I need some bigger gloves. for the still air box. I'm pretty sure I bought lady dish washing gloves and I'm a big manly man man. Somewhere I have these gnarly looking super thick rubber gloves that looks like they were made for judge doom to drop a toon into dip

lol no gloves are needed- to fiddly and arkward and when you put your hands in you will disturb the 'still' air inside to much and possible to draw in contaminates from the imperfect seal of the tub.
just carefully putting hands into cut holes disturbs the air inside much less than gloves will and actually works better imo others will prob disagree but i say it as i see it!! lol
ditch the gloves, roll up sleeves and wash hands and forearms with antibac soap!!! done!! and easier to work with than them damn gloves. ... and if there was to be an accident with flames and alcohol lol least your not going to have melted gloves on your arms! bonus lol

I was thinking of using the aquarium pump with syringe filter on it when I'm using it to provide positive pressure.

you could but imo your just complicating things with out the need!! giving yourself more work, costing more money and adding more potential probs along the way.
a SAB with just 2 arm holes that is big enough to work in comfortably is all you need. im not shitting you the rest is overkill!!
put down a damp towel, put jars/bags/petris ects ontop, put your SAB over it, spray it down inside with bleach solution leave 5-10 mins and use!! thats it!!

The other thing that I worry about is of course the strain. I know how picky / fickle it can be.
