Psilocybe azurescens

Hi guys/girls,

I've spawned some Psilocybe azurescens mycelium onto hardwood chips but aint quite ready to do the outdoor bed yet, as I'm moving next week.

In your opinion what's the longest a 500mL box of inoculated hardwood chips can survive for in a refridgerator?

Or would it be better to just keep them indoors with the lid on in a dark place incase of the cold making them intiate premature fruiting? My first time with these as you can probably guess.

The fridge will slow their metabolism down to practically nothing, allowing them to survive a long time. The biggest concern would be drying out. It could survive months like this...
