I have a flowhood here that has encountered a high sporeload over time, but the UV light has been on and it has been running. You think I could use this for sterile work if I was careful and I bleached it first? This would be a lot more convenient....

I need one today, and this would be a lot more convenient. Thanks!

Turn your flowhood on and spritz the filter surface (downstream) with Iso. Alcohol and let it evaporate. Clean your work surface with a bleach solution and give it a good 20 minutes before you start your work.
