Horse poo, lime and pasturization question

How important is it to have steril procedures when working with poo ? I used the same glove hand to mix the pasturized poo with the substrate that I used to open the substrate jars, I did'nt have time to change gloves. I wanted to close the bag as soon as possable, however I did use a little pickeling lime in the water to make the ph 7.5. Do you think everything will turn out all right or do you think the lime is not enough to repell any contams I could have introduced?

Not a problem....
I dont know about the bag thing.... But what you have is all you need.
Take your jars...crunch 'em...:) Mix with the shit...and verm, gypsum, zoodoo, lime...etc
Case those bad boys!!!!!!
You cant control anything in a bag....
Do that....you will see results you have never seen before. Dung is key....pans love it.
Been awhile...here is a pic of my pans with dung (actually zoodoo) and verm.
You need to be able to control the enviornment...thats why I think bags suck.
You dont learn shit, and a bag is good 1 time only. Anyway....here is a casing with the ingrediantes you just mentioned.
These are pan cyans...best damn shroom there is...IMO
4 grams will blow your hair back!!!!!

The 'bag' SSCake is talking about is a regular clear plastic oven bag, not a 'mycobag' or anything like that.
Pasteurized horse poo and straw was scooped with glove hand and layered into bag, same glove on the hand was then used to open jar and scoop out entire jar and then glove hand was then used (without washing or changing in between) to scoop more pasteurized doo doo into the oven bag. Bag was then sealed and contents mixed, shaken, etc. Mixed bag was placed into a 4-5inch deep opaque casing container and pressed/compacted down. Compacted bag was then poked with clean fork (h202) about 10-15 times to allow for air holes and then whole thing covered in foil and placed in incubator.
Question is, since the same glove hand was used to open jars and mix the poo/substrate, is it likely the whole thing will contam? Under normal circumstances it would contam, but Ive heard straw+poo and lime is more resistant. It would be appreciated if anyone with experience w/ poo can give an opinion.
