Re: Man prosecuted for collecting rainwater [Re: Stonehenge]

See Stonehenge is who I'm talking about when I say "do your own damn research."  Did you even know this guy has been in trouble for this shit before?  They warned him before and revoked a permit he had but he said fuck it and kept breaking the law.  What he dammed up is a tributary to a local river.  Look it up, I'd look it up again and post it but based on your past statements you'd just say some ridiculous bullshit and ignore the facts anyway so do it yourself or keep arguing against an issue you clearly know nothing about haha.

How the fuck do you think he got 13 million gallons of water genius?  Collecting rainwater?  You're fucking smarter than that... Dear god, please tell me you're smarter than that??  I'm quickly losing faith in that however.

No, Stonehenge.  I've already looked it up and read about it to find the facts because the link my friend posted made me mad to think that that really happened.  But after I researched, I realized the article was bullshit propaganda.  So if you care, YOU look it up.  Otherwise, waste your time and go around protesting this and look dumb when people who know what happened own you and laugh as your crediblity turns to dust on anything thereafter for believing something so far from the truth.  The choice is yours my friend.  Quit whining.  It's not our job to educate you and show proof.  Look it up if you want to stop being misinformed.  Something you should learn to do anyway as clearly you're one to believe anything you read that gets you fired up.

Liar! If you had anything you would link to it. What creek, lets see some evidence? You whine and cry like a little baby if someone doesn't give you a link right away but you never have any when you tell another of your whoppers.

I gave the link after you cried your heart out and told a few lies that it was an article I copied from facebook. It may also be on a number of other sites. I'm still waiting for that apology.

I did link that he dammed a creek.  Several times.  A search for your whack job pals yielded only a facebook page.  Do you know how to link?

Burden of proof is on you, considering you're the only guy in the world who can't seem to find the link when you wouldn't even post the whole story to begin with

No you didn't you linked where he used the word "dam" not damming a creek.

shpongle
>It's not our job to educate you and show proof.

You and others made the claim he dammed a river, creek or something similar. The burden of proof is on you, not me. Its not my job to disprove whatever is said with no evidence given to support the statement.

uz
>Burden of proof is on you, considering you're the only guy in the world who can't seem to find the link when you wouldn't even post the whole story to begin with

First of all, I did post the whole story and gave the name of the source so stop lying. Burden of proof is on the one who makes a claim. I never claimed he didn't dam a creek and in fact said if he did then he was wrong. You and others have said he did dam a creek but are unable to substantiate that statement. Fail.

The dude admitted he was diverting water from Big Butt Creek (Butte... Oops). His rationale is the dam is on and the creek flows through his property and therefore he has a right to the water. He doesn't.

Quote:
“There are dams across channels, water channels where the water would normally flow if it were not for the dam and so those dams are stopping the water from flowing in the channel and storing it- holding it so it cannot flow downstream,” Paul told CNSNews.com.

Harrington, however, argued in court that that he is not diverting water from Big Butte Creek, but the dams capturing the rainwater and snow runoff – or “diffused water” – are on his own property and that therefore the runoff does not fall under the jurisdiction of the state water managers, nor does it not violate the 1925 act.

Be a man, and admit you're wrong.

That article says nothing more than the one I posted.

So we have a difference of opinion on what he did.

koods
>Be a man, and admit you're wrong.

Wrong about what, that he dammed a river? I still have not seen evidence of that. It may be, it may be not. Is capturing the runoff from your property damming a river? I think there are arguable points here.

I've said over and over that if he blocked a river then he is wrong and must pay a penalty. All I see evidence of is collecting rainwater that was running off his own property. If that's all he did then govt is wrong and so are the people who said he dammed a river. If he did dam one, he is wrong. What am I saying here that is incorrect?

If I say "ok he dammed a river and must go to jail" then I'm caving in to the rabble who say he did this but can't show any evidence of it.

If they said koods stole some money, he had cash he couldn't explain so lets lock him up, I would say where is the evidence he did it? No matter if 40 people lined up and said he stole it, I read it in a website, I would stubbornly insist on seeing evidence and you would too.

Thank you templar
