Re-configured my entire home network

So my project for the day was redoing my home network, which has been a goal of mine for a long time. It's still a work in progress, but I got the base configuration up and running.

Currently running ESXi which hosts IPFire as my firewall/IPS/IDS/router, which connects to my Cisco wireless router so that my house can have wireless connectivity, and a booster in the other room to ensure maximum wireless power.

I also have CentOS with NethServer software running owncloud which has LAN access, but tomorrow I'll be connecting that to the Internet so I can access my personal cloud from anywhere.

As I type this I have a Windows 2008 R2 box coming online so I can get a Active Directory domain running in my house. Also tomorrow getting a Cisco Layer 3 switch to do some switch thangs, and segment my network.

So it's definitely a little excessive for a home network setup, but I had fun setting it up and it's pretty nifty. Cabling is a bit of a mess, but I'll be fixing that once I put in my switch tomorrow

Working on acquiring a server rack so my server doesn't have to sit on the ground :lolsy:

I still need to figure out IOS to get my 2800 working.

I didn't think it would involve so much configuration >.<
