FDA banned Kratom in Indiana.

Even after i signed a petition not to, they still done it. Seriously who are these people, do they get off to the pleads and crys of people? It's a harmless plant.

After searching google for 10 minutes i find nothing about a Kratom ban in Indiana


Order from someone else. It aint banned

You're not very good at Google then. Yes kratom is somewhat banned in Indiana. I believe it is only sales, not possession. Give me a second I will find the writeup I have somewhere.

I found plenty of rumors about it, but no hard evidence saying it's banned.

Well then this is one of those instances where i'm glad i am wrong. I don't have time anymore to google stuff, i go by first hand experiences. Either way if one company is confined it's a downward spiral for the rest.

No I've looked into it, and it's the active compounds in kratom that are banned in Indiana. Not exactly kratom itself, which puts it in a grey area.

It's an amendment to the 2012 House Bill 1196 that includes mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine. It's illegal to possess those compounds which are active in kratom.

Pretty sure Indiana has some sort of ban in place.  Not sure if it is on the alkaloids or the plant material.  I think there are places that will ship it there.  I mean you can get RCs shipped in, so somebody should be willing to ship kratom.  I know some of the Bbbb.. big Indonesian, direct to consumer places don't care about US laws.  One of the Bbbb... best known has been fighting customs issues for years and actively works to circumvent customs controls, so I'm sure they wouldn't worry about Indiana.  Though I think that you could find a sympathetic US supplier if you kept trying.

Or you could have someone reship it if you know anybody out of state.  Or if you live close to the border you can maybe get a PO box or something outside the state.

Yea, that suck about your order.  Kratom, of all things.  In a world were you can just up and order Chinese RC, or drugs over the darkweb, all the hoopla about little old kratom seems ridiculous.  It's like so 2012.  These days kratom seems to be increasingly legitimate and only in couple places that jumped the gun and introduced legislation is buying or selling it even an issue.

Keep trying if you are serious about buying it.  Hang around some kratom forums and see what they say about Indiana.  Or build up a bit of a reputation and then just ask if anybody knows any places that ship there.  Or just look into or ask about overseas places if you have to.  Obviously it takes a little longer from overseas, but it's cheaper and once you get your first few kilos stockpiled the idea of not being able to get kratom will seem silly.

Of course, I guess you could technically be prosecuted for having kratom, especially if it looks a large amount to know nothing dick head law enforcement officers.  I mean I find it hard to imagine anybody making a big deal about kratom, but then again it is illegal.

Most vendors won't ship to Indiana, Tennessee, or Wisconsin due to restrictions in those states. I agree that it's bullshit.

I think Indiana banned the alkaloids mitragyne and M7

But they made the law not ban the drug containing plant
so its still legal

I read that on a kratom site somewhere

Ive feared bans for kratom would come one day, hope this doesnt start to spread.....probably will a bit though.
