My household is so goddamn nerdy

I'm upstairs in my room on the computer, watching other nerds play starcraft2 while I play blitz chess on FICS.

Downstairs, my roommate is streaming a mathematics lecture on the TV and then every now and again pausing it to then turn on a game-of-thrones discussion podcast wherein a panel - which includes a subject matter expert in political game theory - goes over GoT and the associated maneuverings contained therein.

I was going to insert a picture of a nerd here.

But then I thought of this old distinction that Tastosis (Tastless & Artosis, the casting Archon from Starcraft: Brood War & SC2) used to make between nerds and N3Rdsssssssss. But i couldn't find a video of that, so here's them being nerds instead

ok so that video i posted was just some random youtube shit i picked because it had both tastosis and seemed to be full of nerd mentionings....but i've been watching it since i posted it. this shit's hilarious.

Pisses me off how now it is cool to be a nerd. It should be an insult not an achievement. Sorry that is just something that grinds my gears.

For example, when a chick is all like "you are such a nerd XD".

there is something like a 4-1 ratio of computers to people in this 6 person house. there is a 3d printer, 2 drones, a fuck ton of lego machines, 2 carpet robot things, a chemistry cabinet, and we use voice chat to talk to each other while in the house.
