My idea of a nerd has always been someone who cannot adequately cope or deal with ordinary social experiences and thus becomes antisocial to avoid these situations, and often blames "society" for their own insecurities and perceived inadequacies. Often they become rather knowledgeable about certain subjects to offset their insecurities and feel better about themselves.
Honestly I cannot stand being around these kind of people, as I experienced it for two years going to a technical school and just about went insane. People are what matter in life, and if you cannot deal with them then you have a problem and need to deal with it.

I always played with two players. That's probably why.

I'm a stereotypical nerd but I didn't have it "rough" growing up.
