Ssri and hypomania

Hey so I started taking sertalin recently and I think it's helping me but I was reading up pn the side effects and hypomania seemed pretty similar to what I was feeling what do you guys think?

The side effects of SSRIs are most extreme during the build up phase. These drugs have long half-lifes so you talk a small dose of it everyday to slowly build up an effective clinical level in your body. You will adjust to it and if you don't then you should talk to your doc.
