tl;dr,

I've had this happen from condoms that were too small.

IME, (and I've had lots of trouble with condoms) it would either be from being to dry, or too small/big.

I've only had them be too small on me, I guess I'm doing ok in the size realm.

try a different size and some lube maybe :shrug:

It was too tight so it wanted to slip off.

it was stretching too much and the "contraction" would cause it to slip of in order to regain it's shape.

Did I word that right?  does it make sense?  I'm out of it

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt: Perhaps it was too short and didn't cover the entire length of your shaft so the little edges of the condom closer to your pelvis got "caught" on her vaginal canal as you repeatedly pulled out.

Small vagina, perhaps? Or maybe you're just rationalizing... hmmm. I would think that it would be more likely to stay on but it's been a while since I've used condoms.

It only happened when I went to smaller sized condoms.

You're probably right about the length thing and it being grabbed by the walls.

the shittiest part about them is they were so tight that it was hard to stay hard with that much constriction.

Man I just really fucking hate condoms now that I think about it.

Unless she's chronically dehydrated. Which that could be a problem. I read somewhere that like 50%+ of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
Could be the wrong size condom too.

Found out the problem. There was too much hair between the condom and my penis it didn't have a tight enough grip.
