To be fair to OP, he might not be going down on her poorly. The lack of wetness could be a few things. Anxiety is a common one, especially if she has ever been in an abusive relationship. You could try out a polyurethane condom (Durex Bare among others) which cause much less friction than latex. They feel better for me (guy) too due to transferring heat better.


And get some lube. The KY (or knockoff) "natural" water based if you're on a budget, but I would slurge on some good stuff. Again the water based one. It is noticeably better than the cheap stuff, and she'll appreciate it.
