hashtag truth.

i'm anglin for a raise, as one of my equal-tier'd coworkers just left while another's on maternity leave and a third and fourth have just transfered to other departments. so i'm pullin quadruple workloads and crushin it all. while supervising a team.

if it happens, it'll be a ~17% increase

i wrote out my justification, gave it to the bosses, we'll see what happens.

thanks. ive kinda put the rest of my life on hold while i crush this work shit for a while (also studying for a professional certification, three tests, about ~800pgs of combined study material), so i'm bankin on this going through to "justify" all my inputs.

that being said, i'm really just an asocial fuck who doesn't know wtf to do with his life, and is using work as an excuse to postpone figuring it out.

at least i've accepted the truth :shrug:
