I read a while ago that there are some skepticism about P. strictipes being a separate species from P. semilanceata.

If there is a P. strictipes, I call this find P. strictipes.
If not, it's P. semilanceata.

Not a Deconica in my opinion. :smile:

Yeah there has never been a sequenced collection of strictipes, meaning every collection that has been labeled that taxon and has been sequenced has been semilamceata.

Op should do some science with his collection

You aren't going to be able to answer this question without combining microscopy with DNA analysis.

If you have some good collections I might be able to help get this done.
