SUGAR HIGH: HOLY SHIT

I can't fucking believe how incredibly similar to mild doses of SPEED, that very sugary ass shit can do for you. Right now I feel very SPED UP, just like if I were on speed, with a mere icing laced honey bun (700 calories).

It use to not be like this  before I started exercising with cardio..I'm assuming it's because aerobic exercise (greatly) improves your body's ability to

FUCK I'm sped up

Your body's ability to (hard to focus..) sensitivity to insulin, and ability to quickly utilize glucose as energy.

I'm not exaggerating, I'm actually this sped up on sugar. A cheap, legal amphetamine high.

Can anyone relate?? Maybe this post isn't making sense but damn I'm just so hyper..my heart is going pretty fast and I'm really jittery, like high dose caffeine, just on simple sugar lol

lol, nice.  Now you understand why sugary snacks are so addictive... the downfall of the USA.
Like with all drugs, sugar should be used in moderation.
