foil dont hinder GE but tape does. you want breathable micropore tape,
but that doesnt do much good without a dry verm barrier.

I thought maybe he was going to try all his pf tek future grows without a verm layer. I might've misread his posts earlier being I was kinda in a hurry. I'm not trying to give bad info..

It seems like the ones with the micropore tape slowed down, I have read that changing the GE half way or so on through the colonizing process could changes things but wasn't quite sure if true or not but it seems like it has with this. I don't see any contams yet from either one so fingers crossed it stays that way
