Questions on MycoBags

If this information is posted somewhere, I apologize in advance. I checked the Mycobag website, google, and used the search function to try to find answers to these questions before posting.

What is the method for using mycobags? Simply use a syringe to innoculate the bag, and let it sit? That sounds pretty simple. Do the mushrooms form inside of the bag, or does it eventually need to be taken out and something else done with it?

What can I reasonably expect for a yield (growing most likely B+ Cubensis but possibly cyanescens)? And is there any average length of time from innoculation to harvest?
