trouble finding ....

I can't seem to find vermiculite, cocoa coir, or BRF. Any suggestions? I bought long grain brown rice, would that work? how about whole wheat flour? I've checked Wal-mart and Home Depot for this stuff, any suggestions on where to try next? Thanks.

cocoa found at petshops called BED-A-BEAST. you can grind ur Brown Rice up into powerder and it will work and verm is found at nerserys

Long grain brown rice will work.

Coir: expensive mulch, or bead-a-beast at the local large pet store.

Vermiculite: a garden store

Brf: brown rice flour -- a local health food store.

Other than that, long grain brown rice (cooked with 3/4 of the water in the recipe on the bag) should work.

hell yeah, thanks a ton, how would you reccomend i grind my own rice? blender?

If you really want to grind your own rice, I'd recommend a coffee grinder.

Yeah BRF I found at basically any Grocery Store around where I live in the ORGANIC Section. Try that. And any major Home Improvement Store..cough..cough.. Has Verm in their Seasonal department. MY only problem is finding Coarse Verm at these places. Hope this Helps GL.
