isnt belgium one of the many countries in the EU that has made it very
difficult to get permitted to grow GM grains? this regardless of the

I dont know about belgium but I do know that in the US we have the option
of purified water, distilled water, spring water, RO water, etc. most of
it comes in bottles

Plant Genetics Systems implented a gen in a tobacco plant to render it resistant to antibiotics in the US. In 98 PGS requested GGO-Coleseed fields were planted. It's mostly the European Council that finds it fishy that nothing is being labeled as GMO and therefore it won't come in, each EU country can decide for themselves. I think about 7 GMOs are allowed at the moment. & Grain GMO's are one of them, just not from the US. Mostly feed too.

The governments opted to do research themselves.
