earlier I was talking about cars with my dad and he was like _______ is such masculine car, ________ is such feminine car, I was like such lol it was such situation lol


I forgot that people even do things to appear masculine or feminine. like, it never even occurs to me that it would be in the line of a normal thought-process to consider "masculinity" in the pic

maybe I subconsciously care about my "masculinity" but I dunno


like, do u care if ur car makes u look masculine or feminine?

maybe im just an alien or suttin cuz I never even think in terms of like anything like that

I base everything I do on whether I think it's "fun" or "cool" I never think of anything ever having to do with making me look masculine LOL WTF Y WOULD SOMEONE CARE R U ALL MONKEYS LOL

I wouldn't care about how a car is persevered or looks aesthetically to others, though I would get a little annoyed with girly decals or something.

not really. i think gender stereotypes seem to enforce pernicious beliefs about the opposite sex. besides, people who have to go out of their way to let the world know how "x" (substitute "x" for anything) they are, they're most likely overcompensating.

One time this girl gave me a pink watch.  I proudly wore it around until it fell off.  I occasionally like to paint my nails(though only black).  I don't really give a flying fuck about gender norms.  I've had guys call me a "pussy" and a "mangina," and I just laugh at the idea that I'm supposed to be offended at this stuff.  Why would I be offended at being compared to female genitalia?  I like female genitalia.

I wouldn't drink wine coolers or some of the other shitty alcoholic beverages that target females.  Not really because they are girly though, but more because they have a low abv and taste like shit.  I don't really wear female clothing though, but a lot of that is cause it doesn't fit well.

my job at the moment is, at least in part, helping people browse dealer sites for vehicles. truck shoppers are among the worst. so is any type of chrysler shopper (chrysler, dodge, jeep and ram). with the former, they expect you to know way, way too much. like i'm not even sure sales can answer some of the questions i'm asked nightly. with the latter they're just beligerant, uncooperative asswipes. whenever i see a chrysler product on the road i think to myself "there's someone who's bringing down the gene pool". :lol:

I enjoy doing manly things. I don't do them to show off how manly I am to people, but because they're already in my nature. Martial arts, blue collar work, motorcycles, workin on engines/cars, being a leader, working out, blah blah blah. I don't care what signals I send to people, I just live my life on my terms for my beliefs.

if you do those things because you like them you're probably not sending off any signals. there's nothing wrong with liking any of that stuff, but believing that those are gender-specific activities is antiquated and incorrect in my view.

You're right, they aren't gender specific, but they are areas with more male representation and so I speak more towards the rule than the exception

i dont really care about that kind of stuff either, i guess im cool n shit. i just feel things out, if it dont feel like me then fuck u. easy as 1 2 3.

then again when u get to that real masculine shit surprisingly anything feminine or shit that involves too many heart felt emotions n shit feel really weird you just want to punch everything.
