What is actually the diffrence betwin OTD and the pub?

the pub is the chillout forum, otd is the ruthless madhouse. but put simply there is no flaming aloud in the pub and otd is a flame fest.

Pub=friendly chat, civilized discussion, touchy-feely stuff
