bulk spawn

hello all
afoaf is wondering when spawning into a bulk substrate, if user was to use 1 pint of pf tek cake and spawn into a 2 lb breadpan, with
verm, then manure, then pf cake, then poo again, and cover and allow to colonize...
would it be better to try to squeeze in 2 pints into the small breadpan?(with all the rest of the stuff of course)
also, what is the optimal colonization temp and humid for the bulk substrate?
how long should afoaf wait....
case with what afterwards?
please let him know

yeah, wrong forum, try to use in between 1-10, or 1-3 is a good spawn ratio. 1-4 is quick as fuck
