No gym today. I did a lot yesterday and need to recover.
I just made breakfast for my dude and hes about to go to work.

My bed is already made, dishes are done.
I have nothing to do until its time to go to work.

Oh and I have the weekend off! I don't plan on doing shit but play video games and go buy cat food.

Good morning. Just getting up. I can hear the birds singing outside my window in the big Chinese Elm tree. Nice sounds to wake up to. Today I'm gonna do some shit around the house probably- clean my room a bit and stuff and then this evening I'm going to the beach to meet up with a buddy of mine and we're going to a full moon drum circle party. Should be good times.

Man go hold it down on the skins...  Fucking a guys I'm having a super awesome amazing day.  I got done moving my buddy in down here yesterday and I'm planned to have one of my best friends come by.  He's the one that goes on straight shamanic adventures with me, there is a common bond between those that can go the distance and this guy qualifies.

Good morning friends. I just woke up about a half hour ago

Took some melatonin to help me sleep last night as i wasn't very tired,
I'm not sure how I feel about it.

On the one hand it definitely knocked me the fuck out rather quickly,
which is nice

But I woke up feeling groggy and not exactly in the highest of spirits

Plus I had some really weird dreams but i can get over that.


In any case the morning coffee has perked me up so no worries,
