Eat lots of sugary fruits,  especially grapes and blueberries. Or lots of dairy. A litre of milk should do it. I'm bulimic and take a lot of laxatives (I can take a 90 bottle in a week without blinking an eye) and a cup of blueberries still makes me shit like a champion.

Failing that, go to the doctor and get checked. If you know for a fact you're blocked up somewhere and you're literally "shitting around the blockage", as you say, then you might have a problem.

I've got to actually be careful about my sugar intake, I also had elevated glucose levels in my serum.  There are a few things wrong with me, my bilirubin levels are more than Double of what they should be...  Basically I have to be careful with my liver.

Colonoscopy tomorrow morning, I feel like crap right now from fasting liquid diet for two days, and I'm shitting clear stinky yellow liquid.  I can't wait till this crap is over.

Ask for the mag-citrate and gatorade/miralax method.  It's a lot better tasting than the other prescription stuff, and a lot cheaper apparently.  Just be prepared for two days of liquid diet and pissing out your asshole.  and DO NOT WIPE!  Dab and use a baby ass wipe... Otherwise you'll be in pain...  My asshole is raw.  Feels like rape, raped by my own body fluids.

Haha thanks. I've had a lot of experience with laxatives, so the reason it hurts is because you're taking magnesium citrate. That is a bitch to come out.

What you should do with laxatives is gulp it down like medicine and have a strong tasting drink like juice or Coke to have a mouthful of. Spit tht out, then take another mouthful and swallow.

Obvs you're done, but this is for anyone else seeing this thread I guess.

Isn't miralax a suppository? What do you mean taking it with Gatorade?
