Probably about a week, but that was after surgery and I didn't eat much for a while.  I had a catheter from a kidney stone removal, where they went up my urethra to remove the stone and it was sore as hell inside.  The bloody, crusty catheter didn't help, especially when I would get morning wood and the crusty catheter would rub against the inside of my penis that was already sore.  I didn't want to piush to take a dump because it was painful.

About 7 days when I was 12-13. It made me irritable but it didn't hurt to come out, it just took some effort.

Apparently my boss has made it two and a half weeks.

He left work abruptly all bent over and grimacing.  Come to find out his small intestine was twisted, was in the hospital for about a week.

$97,000 in hospital bills!

about 5 days.

i got bronchitis, saw a doctor and she prescribed me codeine cough syrup.

needless to say, it was a euphoric week, but afterwards i nearly begged for a spoon and a second asshole to get all that shit out  :shittybill:

I have scar tissue wrapped around my small intesines. I've been hospitalized plenty times. Had my stomach pumped because of it. It really sucks and is very painful. The last time it happend I almost died. I'm pretty skinny and don't eat a lot. Usually I go a week and a half or more. When the pain sets in I take about 5 capfulls of miralax and bam I shit my brains about for about z24 hours. Just thought id share that.

Back when i was binging on roxis, i went 8 days without taking a shit. Didnt take much effort once i went, and wasnt painfull at all. Relieving actually.

I was in jail in the south once, and the food they feed us was crazy, I mean you would never shit until it was gravy for breakfast day and that was only like twice a month, then wham  :shitstorm:, everyone would shit for a day, never thought that I was going to live through that one....

I went to a camp in vermont for 2 months when i was 17. I only took a shit like 5 times during my stay. It was in the middle of the mountains and the shelters we slept in only had 3 walls and a roof. The shitters werent much better. I probably ate more healthy that summer than i ever have in my life.

for me it was 1 week when I was 11 at boy scout camp. They had disgusting latrines and I didnt wanna take a shit. Haha, I remember the night before we left the camp, we were sitting around a campfire or something and I remember feeling the shit trying to work its way out, but i just held it in rofl. I had some major skid marks on those tidy widys. Didnt change underware the whole week at camp rofl.

That was the last of my boy scout career.
