ID Request, Pennsylvania

Habitat:
Found these shrooms under a berch tree about 10 yards from a horse pasture in a cluster in the woods, surrounded by decaying leaf material with clumps of hay in the surrounding area.

Gills:
Gills are Dark Purple Black

Stem:
Pretty thick, believe it might be hollow?

Cap:
Brown, with a lighter color stripe I suppose.

Spore print color:
Jet Black

Bruising:
Not really sure how to "bruise" a mushroom, flicked it, didnt notice a change.
Other information:
The mushroom has the typical mushroom smell. Will attach pictures, and a picture of the spore print. Found them after a severe thunderstorm the next day which was quite humid.

Im pretty sure these might be subs? If not oh well, what I do know is they aren't deadly or poisonous based on the print. If im wrong PLEASE correct me. I believe there is a mushroom that is poisonous (stomach ache, vomiting)that doesn't grow anywhere in this state that is pure black, and gives a jet print.

Is the stem brittle? Looks kinda like a Psathyrella sp.

So, everyones opinion of brittle is different. So I did two tests. I Squeezed the stem with moderate force and it crunched a bit. Then twirled it in circles.. The stem did not break away from the cap or break anywhere else. Hopefully that gives you what you're looking for. And thanks guys for the opinions thus far.

You sir are correct, thank you. This was in my opinion a little tough, due to the fact of its location, and the fact of its location. It is a bell shaped cap.
