Beards all the way, I've been growing mine out for the past 4 months and have never in my life had so much attention from the females. The look I get from some of them is primal :awegroove:

They are very much in style. I kinda see them going back out of style soonish though. I can't grow one because my employer won't allow it.

I think most girls are neutral or slightly negative towards beards, but there are some that like them and they really like them.  Girls have literally come up to me at parties just to talk about my beard.  It's very much worth it.

I think they are stylish because they are a pushback against a perceived de-masculinization of American culture.

Just a strict dress code. I work at a pretty upscale garden center with lots of elderly customers. Actually a pretty cool company for the most part. Employee owned and stuff. The current VP was telling me that he disagrees with the policy, and I would guess it may change soonish.
