will Fibre Floss (for aquarium filters) work as a subsitute for poly fil or whatever for on the side of my growing chamber for air/gas exachange with a air pump

If you are speaking of what I think of... Fish Tank Filter material... looks like polyfill... Yes, That is what my friend uses... Read the bag... as long as it is Polyester fiber it should be the same as polyfill... It has worked with no problems as of yet. :smile:
