The author of the message can edit messages. The next version of the Bulletin Board, which will be posted Sunday, will tell you who edited the message. Later, Aphex.

If an admin uses the control panel to edit a message it will say in *red* [this message has been edited by a moderator or admin]. As Aphex pointed out, the message you are seeing is from people editing their own message.

I've edited this one to show you what I mean.

[Note: This message was edited by an administrator or moderator.]
