Follow the advanced cultivation board. I would try rye as a substrate and keep good temperature control. But I am a relative novice.

It should be possible to go from spore to shroom in 1.5 months by following any tec.

don't use rye.. for some reason.. it seems to contaminte easily.. more so than other substrates.. which are cheaper and more readily availabe.
